Beyond post-TGE governance, project governance in the pre-TGE stage also presents challenges, particularly in:

• Information transparency – Ensuring communities receive accurate and digestible information about team backgrounds, development progress, and other key details.
• Governance legitimacy – Defining which stakeholders hold decision-making authority.

To address these challenges, we created BuildMatrix, a governance system integrated with Build Attestation and BuildKey. BuildKey holders, as project stakeholders, gain the right to:

• Verify project backgrounds and progress,
• Participate in ecosystem and project governance based on their attestations and BuildKeys.

The BuildMatrix system has been adopted by L1/L2 blockchains, protocols, and DApps.
